BIOARKT® per la certificazione bioclimatica
degli edifici
“BIOARKT” quale marchio italiano per la
qualità BIO - ECOLOGICA è stato registrato
per segnalare l’uso tecnico nell’attuazione
dei manufatti e dei progetti dei canoni
progettuali dell’Architettura Bioclimatica o
Bioecologica, nell’ambito del contesto della
direttiva CEE del 21/12/1988 n° 89/106 CEE
concernente i prodotti da costruzione .
Per i criteri sopra citati e per i motivi
che ne derivano, la dicitura “TEAM QUALITY”
posta lateralmente sul marchio BIOARKT, fa
riferimento alla filosofia Bioecologica in
generale che il consumatore cerca in questo
marchio, alla quale si deve e si vuole far
riferimento.
Per questi motivi si ritiene che il marchio
non potrebbe assolutamente indurre in errore
il consumatore nelle sue scelte
sull’effettiva qualità dei prodotti e dei
servizi stessi poiché il consumatore è già
mentalmente alla ricerca di un riferimento
ecologico nell’Architettura.
In sintesi il marchio BIOARKT è stato
registrato per la certificazione di prodotti
o servizi realizzati o progettati tramite
l’uso dell’Architettura Bioecologica,
dell’Edilizia Sostenibile o Bioarchitettura,
della Bioedilizia.
La classificazione energetica degli edifici,
conseguente all’uso del marchio sarà doppia
così suddivisa:
* la prima classificazione energetica con
certificato come da leggi regionali.
* La seconda classificazione viene
determinata con il punteggio derivante
dall’uso e dalla corretta installazione di
materiali e impianti certificati
eco-sostenibili e l’impatto ambientale dei
lavori.

"BIOARKT" as the Italian brand for quality
BIO - ECOLOGICAL was recorded to indicate
the use of artifacts and technical
implementation of projects of the royalties
or Bioorganic Bioclimatic Architecture
design, within the context of the EEC
Directive 21 / 12/1988 No. 89/106 EEC
relating to construction products.
For the above criteria and for the reasons
that derive from the words "TEAM QUALITY"
label on the side-BIOARKT, refers to
philosophy in general that the Bioorganic
consumer is looking for this brand, and who
is responsible and want to refer.
For these reasons it is believed that the
brand could not possibly mislead the
consumer's choice on the actual quality of
products and services themselves, since the
consumer is already mentally in search of a
reference green in Architecture.
In summary BIOARKT the mark was registered
for the certification of products or
services manufactured or designed by using
Bio-ecological Architecture, Sustainable
Construction and Green Building, the Green
Building.
The classification efficiency of buildings,
resulting from the use of the mark will
double divided as follows:
the first classification with a certified
energy by regional laws.
The second classification is determined by
the score resulting from the use and proper
installation of materials and facilities
certified eco-sustainable and the
environmental impact of the work.
